YOUR PROGRESS

Understand your trends

Read your charts and see what logged-day averages and goal comparisons mean.

Open Trends to see the food you have logged over time. Charts and averages use logged days only: a day without food entries is excluded, not counted as a zero-calorie day.

Choose a time range

  1. Open Trends from the app navigation.
  2. Choose 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
  3. Look at the logged-day count below the charts to see how much diary history contributes to that view.

If the charts are empty, log food in Diary for a date within the selected range, then return to Trends. Water alone does not create a food-trend day.

Read the summary numbers

  • Average calories is the average of daily calorie totals for logged days in the range.
  • Goal-range days is the percentage of logged days within 10% above or below your current calorie goal.
  • Average protein is the average daily protein for logged days. The smaller comparison shows the difference from your current protein target.
  • Protein target counts logged days with at least 90% of your current protein goal.

For example, if you logged food on three days in a seven-day range, the averages use those three days. A day with only breakfast logged still counts as a logged day, so incomplete entries can affect the picture.

Read the charts

Calories over time compares logged calories with your current calorie goal. Daily macro mix shows protein, carbs, and fat for logged days.

Changing your goals changes the comparisons, including for earlier dates. Gramello does not infer which goal you had in the past. To update targets, follow water and goals.

Check an unexpected number

  1. Go to Diary and use the date arrows to find the day in question.
  2. Check for missing or duplicate foods and confirm the amounts and units.
  3. Remove any incorrect entry and add the corrected food, then return to Trends.

Use trends as a view of your recorded food. They cannot tell whether an unlogged meal was eaten or whether a day is complete.
